Front of house manager
For the position, we are looking for someone who is;
- available for 24-32 hours, in a combination of working floor shifts and administration, available for a weekend shift and for emergencies outside of working hours
- to be an example for a small team of 9 motivated people
- great at schedule making, inventory management, quality control and communicating clearly
- excited about thinking about optimalizing the working environment, customer service, sales and sustainability within the business
