A ‘pain de campagne’- style bread, but with lots of whole grains. All flour with the exception of the sifted wheat is freshly milled in-house by our Zentrofan mill, ensuring maxmimum flavor and nutritional value.

24% sifted wheat flour
68% wholegrain Mariagertoba wheat flour
5% wholegrain rye flour
3% wholegrain toasted einkorn flour
Wheat sourdough culture
Celtic sea salt
650gr.

Note:
As our sourdough bread takes 24 hours to make, it is not possible to order for the same day. 
(i.e. we cannot process orders of bread for Wednesday, placed on Wednesday etc..)
